How long would it take me to get that amount in crypto currency? Depends. How much did you walk in with. yeah, doesn't mention he staretd with $20000 Ok, walked in with $400 and walked out with $600. Made $200 in less than 20 minutes.

Two very informative videos: The first one walks you through set up of a Ledger Nano, the same wallet I bought. It's not rocket science, but if you are new to all this, and nobody to personally guide you through it, watch this. As an aside, plug in your Nano for a few minutes before you start. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPpZxOjvU10This one explains how to maintain security in your transactions, should you get a Nano and buy/sell crypto. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RvDPQHERtc

(*warning: lots of hyperbole to follow as I prefer bombast to enhance droll discussion. My point is sincere, though ,despite the tone) Not only are Cryptocurrencys anathema to liberty, they are easily manipulated, despite your Blockchain-nano-wallet-Monero-Ledger bewlshite "security" as they are backed by pixels in the hands of others. North Korean Rocket Man's hackers, robo-trading computers and now insider trading reveal the simpler risks to "alternative" currencys (you guys who think this is a way to get back at the Fed or the big banks... you do know that the big banks are major players and that this is all based on NSA derived platform?) https://www.upi.com/Top_News/World-News ... t=slh&or=6https://www.ccn.com/nsa-bitcoin-1996/

https://www.wsj.com/articles/good-news- ... 0?mod=e2twQuote: James Howells, an IT worker in Newport, Wales, lost 7,500 bitcoin he mined in 2009 after a hard drive with his private key was accidentally thrown away during an office cleanup. His story went viral this month as the value of the hard drive’s contents rocketed to more than $100 million. Now he’s attempting to excavate the landfill and dig through four years’ worth of trash to find it.
Others have turned to hypnosis and “brute-force attacks” with a supercomputer, according to the WSJ.

You fracking adrenaline junky! What's your exposure? Did you bet the kid's college fund on BC shares since your MIL is footing the collegiate bill?

I’m still okay. At one point I was almost even money. I bought some more LTC though when it dipped to $200.
I got out of BTC a few days ago too. Decided to roll the dice with BCH a little.
