A lot of "Pilots" have had to stand in line with me if they weren't flying the plane they were boarding. Only the actual flight crews were bypassed at the screening area.

Was this "pilot" just traveling on his own or moving to another airport to meet the plane he was going to fly?

As for arming pilots? Fine with me. Might not be a bad idea to arm a few flight attendants too based on some recent incidents where whack jobs have tried to open doors in flight.
