Hey Chris, you look great! I think you are even thinner now than the last time Wes and I saw you, good job. It does take discipline and hard work.

That would be correct, the smallest I was when you saw me was around 295. I weigh 220 now. Let me know if you guys are gonna have a poker night soon, my work schedule is slowing down. |

Congrats man, that had to be hard work to do that. I didn't lose as much as you did, but it's amazing how much better you feel after even 30 pounds.
I lost 70 pounds by counting calories and staying under 1800 calories a day while I did the couch 2 5k program. Healthy dieting has always been hard for me so I just limit my overall calories. Sent from my SM-N920T using Tapatalk |

What do your meal preps look like?
