A few questions.

What was the hardest thing, and the easiest thing?

What kept you motivated?

Good job buddy! On a side note, i wish society was like waguns as a whole. We all have varying backgrounds and seldom do we go at each others throats and here we are cheering on others, our village is pretty damn cool :hangloose:

It takes dedication to achieve that.

Great job.

And your knees will thank you 20 years from now.

Its real nice to not have to hang the guitar on a strap when I'm sitting down. Thank you!

Hardest thing is meal prep. I weigh, measure, and track everything. Never had a healthy relationship with food, so I have to fix that. It takes discipline.

Easiest thing? It was really easy for me to make the decision to do it once I was faced with the reality that unless I fixed myself I wasn't going live very much longer. I guess that kept me motivated too. I'd like to walk my daughter down the aisle and hold my grandkids at some point. Not get buried in an XXL coffin, and have my kids remember that my self destructive behavior took me too early.

I know. It's my way of saying friggen awesome and you have whole bunch of young life left. Roll with your new energy level! I was getting back in an old rut the last few years, but now after my KNEE surgery, I'm even back in the weight room. I feel so damned good when I'm in a routine exercise roll, I have to just know how crappy I feel when not active.
