He not only had the gun drawn, but he kept it pointed at the biker the whole time. That's total bullshit. Just now on Q13....Sheriff Urquhart said even reckless driving is a misdemeanor, and the motorcyclist was following orders and being polite, so there was no reason for the gun to have been drawn.
Deputy is on Administrative leave starting tomorrow pending further investigation. |
