I think it's time to protest and pressure city officials to remove the Lenin Statue in Freemont. Lenin was a champion for Socialism as well as mass murderer and political repression. For fuck's sake, the statue was salvaged out of a scrap yard in fucking Czechoslovakia! Why that schmuck from Issaquah decided it needed to be brought to the US and displayed in a US city is beyond my comprehension.

Whoever does it should be ready to accept any and all consequences. To some it is worth it... and it certainly would "send a message." Sometimes things break when a message is sent.
