This MAY have a happy ending; depends upon the medical treatment for one of the victims.
Guy gets into a custody dispute/domestic argument with his kids' mom... takes his four kids to the hillbilly ghetto - a "compound" of storage containers in rural Utah where some people had been living (in shipping containers). Police are called and meet up with his current wife and two of the kids, who are taken into Police custody. Amber alert respondent directs LE to a white male walking a back road and the father is taken into custody... he provides LE with a "vague description" of where the girls are located. LE finds the kids stuffed into blue water storage barrels. They had been in the barrels for at least 24 hours with no food, water or clothing (think Utah in the middle of Decemberrr) Kids are in the hospital now.
