Three weeks ago buddy of mine got his truck wiped out buy an elderly lady with two loose terrier sized dogs in the car.....wonder where her distraction came from.
She pulled out from a side street and T boned him....front bumper to the rear. Said she didn't see him.....10am clear as heck day. I also beleive this new law is the camels nose under the tent flap. Saw a King County Sheriff talking on his cellphone while driving today in Burien. I took my phone out to get a pic, then realized holding my phone was illegal.

A warrant MUST include what's being searched, WHY, and what EVIDENCE you expect to find during said search.. A bad warrant is no warrant at all, and is armed robbery, when threat of force is used to take your stuff without lawful authority.
