Do the math, that's 26%! Now granted, not all arrests lead to a conviction, but that number still seems shockingly high to me. 26% of the Seattle City Council and Mayor probably have arrests and convictions.
For years Seattle has wanted their own police academy to increase diversity by lowering the entrance requirements below what WA CJTC requires. They just don't have the money to do it. _________________ NRA Endowment Member. How did they know my member was well endowed? |
