I had some gal trying to buy a little Bauer .25ACP direct from me (She's in Oregon) this week.
Told her she has to use an FFL before I can ship it direct to FFL. Then she said she just moved from CA and lives in OR 3 months, can't purchase a handgun until she's a resident for a year in Oregon or some BS. Then she comes back with another email and says her nephew, who lives on Whidbey wanted it, would I accept paypal? I told her paypal would ban me if I did that. She asked if I could meet him in person...cash...then I told her as long as we do it at his FFL.... It started off with her saying she had one just like it when she lived in FL and gave it to her son.
