Saw a guy with a table at the Monroe WAC show a few years back with an AR rifle lower and a 7" kitty cat upper on it.
I asked him if he had any paperwork for it and he said no. Said he just took off the rifle upper and put the pistol upper on it. Maybe ATF doesn't go to the Monroe show. _________________ NRA Endowment Member. How did they know my member was well endowed? |
