No sir, you are being sexist by assuming that a girl would not want a blue pacifier.

Cool! :thumbsup2:

Didn't know Browning did this...like the broomstick mauser. My Highpower is a 1968.

Is it considered by the leftist 594 anti2a freaks a SBR?

or is it 66 cm long.

Apparently it's old enough that it doesn't matter. Or says the ffl who sold it to me!

Did he cite any specific law regarding that? I just looked up short barreled rifle preemption and came up with nothing.

This is the best I have right now:
https://www.atf.gov/firearms/qa/if-pers ... ession-nfa

But I didn't have to wait 12 months, so I'm happy!

Maybe because it falls under C&R as original condition.

https://www.atf.gov/firearms/curios-relics

Edit: I found it! It is specifically listed here as being removed from NFA. Scroll down to page 34 and I'm golden!

Page 19 shows it as a C&R eligible firearm but I couldn't find it on pages 44-45 which show weapons declassified from NFA. Where did you find that?

**Edit - page 35 there it is! Congrats bud that's an awesome setup and really cool that you can use the shoulder stock without it being NFA listed!

I know, right?! Thanks, I'm pretty stoked about this. You don't see something like this every day.

Of course, I do now...
