I remember the '30 mins or it's free' guarantee, and the lawsuits from the reckless driving that followed. Domino's was the 'I'm too lazy to make dinner' or 'Let's have a movie night' pizza. Pizza Hut was a restaurant you sat down at, that had a salad bar, and an entire pitcher of whatever soda you wanted.... It was an event, when the waiter(?) came with that pan pizza that was still sizzling...that you accidentally brushed your hand against while trying to get a slice, and burned the shit out of you because it was still 500*....The only things being hotter were lava and the inside of a hot pocket straight out of the microwave.
