^ Make sure you re-post that every time you post pics of the house and landscape, just to keep things balanced so the rest of us don’t get too jealous.

Raisin bread lasts at least one year in the cupboard; stays soft and no mold. Amazing.

No, it was picked up last July from a friend who got it for feeding livestock... He got a pickup load for free, offered me about 10 loaves for my chickens. The chickens got 8 loaves before I ate a piece and liked it. Half a loaf was accidentally boxed up with things like peanut butter and other long term SHTF type of foods. Found it this morning, had to laugh- it was like it was normal bread. Made good toast. The brand is Inkeeper's Bed and Breakfast, Raisin and Cinnamon Specialty Loaf. http://www.stilltasty.com/fooditems/index/18142It says 5-7 days in the pantry, 3 months in the freezer. 16 months in normal home temperatures, and it was fresh, soft and tasty. Not a speck of visible mold , no mold flavor.

She knows she is tougher than me and regularly "processes" questionable food items. Two days ago I asked the Missus to cook you up some bacon to bring to the show. Do you have a microwave there at the show?
