Thanks on the steel roof input!
I finished my 3rd full week of weight (and aerobic) training. My wife has noticed for sure. I feel way leaner and the muscles feel stronger. Nothing scientific and weight is about the same, but my mental clarity, mood and disposition are great - enough to make my day!  _________________ Why does the Penguin in Batman sound like a duck? Picked up a new rear bumper and used rear differential cover for really cheap.
