This morning they had a couple deputies guarding the taped off driveway, and the crime scene mobile lab down by the apartment.

Sketchy part of town. 5-6 cheap apartment complexes in a row, abandoned cars, and vagrants sleeping in the bushes behind White Rabbit Cannibas.

"A 19-year-old man admitted to drowning a 6-year-old autistic Lynnwood boy in the child’s apartment and disposed of his body in a dumpster outside, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.

The suspect, from Kerville, Texas, but believed to be a family member, was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for first-degree murder. He is not being identified because he has not been formally charged with a crime."
