Centralia Antique Street fair... there is an older gentleman with his USMC veteran's hat on running the I-594 campaign petition proclaiming that it will "Protect Gun Rights". He actually has an easel up with a billboard that says "Protect Gun Rights".
Need some activitists down here to handing out fliers on why this petition is a bad idea and encourage people not to sign. I'd stay but need to get to work. His table is near the corner of North Tower & East Pine.

He hides behind pretended family responsibility, failing to see that the most glorious legacy that we can bequeath to our posterity is liberty!"

You need to take a picture of that. Protect our Gun Rights is the slogan used by 591!

Spread disinformation and trust that enough of the rest of the population won't perform due diligence in understanding the subject or even what they are voting on.

Someone needs to go down there and do an undercover.. Record on cell phone and ask the guy about the initiative, make a comment/challenge that it is actually infringement and see what he says.

Devils advocate here.
I'm not sure what it looks like there but is it possible he just has the numbers confused? Did you look at the petitions he is asking people to sign to verify they are indeed for 594?

Yes I did go up and speak to the "gentleman" and look at the petitions. I-594 on the top and WAGR down on the footer.

Unfortunatly, we do have some liberal "Veterans" down here. Bloody wogs speak of "rights" and how they're conservative, yet most are all on the states payroll. These're the ones who stand about with signs accusing our boys of murder in the GWOT. I spoke to one with a MArine Corps hat, he claimed he'd done 10 tours in "Nam". I've not met any vet who admited to doing more than three tours. I'd like to get a look at this wanker and see if it's the same guy.

My dad did 2 in nam & one in Thailand during the war, I have spent much time around vietnam vets and heard the stories, I have never heard of anymore than 3 as well. He sounds like a draft dodging wanker to me, making up stories for the "atta boys" while subsequently stabbing our current members of the service in the back.

By the time I went back the Antique fair was breaking up and he had gone. WAGR is paying these folks so I imagine he'll be near the Walmart, Big 5 or someplace else with a lot of foot traffic.

I cross-linked this thread over to Northwest Firearms forum.. There are a couple people there who claim they've seen the exact same setup with a PROTECT GUN RIGHTS poster and 594 forms.. It could be the same guy, or this could be an organized scam. http://www.northwestfirearms.com/legal- ... -flag.html

better not set off the alarms until someone gets proof.
edit: wow I checked out the latest photos on WAGR facebook page.. I guess the only people interested in the movement are old democrat women and effeminate men?
