I've tried like 4 different version of sriracha. None of them as good as Huy Fong.

I'm tempted to make my own chili garlic oil sauce.

I was probably 5 or so when i got a taste for pickled jalepeno's and havent looked back since.

People are complaining that the new sriracha is nothing like the older Huy Fong Sriracha due to the change in pepper suppliers.

For those who don't know, Underwood Farms supplied the peppers to Huy Fong for almost 30 years....until they were sued by Huy Fong ; destroying a decades long mutually beneficial relationship.

So, Underwood told Huy Fong to go eff themselves, and are now making their own Sriracha..

The Underwood Sriracha is great, but it's hotter than I remember for the old stuff. I had some on my omelette this morning, it was tasty!

I saw the new Huy Fong sauce on the shelf at Safeway yesterday. I didn’t buy any. I’ll switch to the Underwood product.
