My brother lives (for just a few more months) in Two Harbors MN - just up the shore from Duluth....
He keeps complaining how MN is a liberal haven and how the Twin Cities -- and other cities like St Cloud -- have been overrun with Somalis (thanks to Obama) --- they have basically take control of the state and wield their radical woke agendas. I always thought that he was 'safe' from much of that 'up on the shore' --- but his neighbor called him up to tell him that there is a county meeting this week to discuss the building of a 'sanctuary state immigrant camp' somewhere in city limits. So..... this is what they are doing --- sanctuary states are setting up camps in the boonies where the local voices carry NO weight --- the 'city folk' refer to the locals as 'Rocks and Trees'. The economy of the north shore is basically tourists and seasonal and not very robust..... What do you think is going to happen when they move (god doesn't know how many) immigrants into a rural community like that? I foresee all sorts of crime and poaching coming in the near future in a place where it takes police 30+++ minutes to respond to ANY call.

Luckily for my brother he just closed on a house in AR this weekend and is looking forward to getting the hell out of the state --- his timing was perfect.
