Back when I was new to home computers and the internet.
I was interested in the New England Firearms "Survivor 410/45 Colt ". I had never registered to any online forum or business as of yet. So in creating a GunBroker account I needed to come up with a screen name. Survivor45 was it. That's what it was on TOS. Then I dropped the 45. So lack of an imagination and a little of WTF do I need a screen name  |

Waaaaay back in the early days of the internet, there was a game "Return to Castle Wolfenstein" - I was very good with a flamethrower.
As a 12 year old, I didn't want to be known as the "Flamer" so I went through a couple of variations of the name until I settled on this one, which I've been using for years. |

It was 2am, I think it might have been the other site first, but I had browsed both for a couple of years and saw something I wanted in the classifieds at 2 in the morning....
So, I quickly tried to set up an account, and it wanted a name....I was like, crap, hadn't thought of that.... So, I kept punching in some combos I liked, and all were taken..... Finally, I was getting desperate (okay, not really, but was getting tired & wanted to send a PM on that classified ad), so just started looking at other names, and a lot of them were abouth the Northwest, and guns, so I just kept trying different variations of that, until one took. Ahhhhh.....finally can send that PM  If I'd have known I was going to keep posting, I would have given it more thought |
