I took this screen shot this morning from a FB group. Fourty two days for a trust is encouraging. I almost wish it had been a new trust vs one he had already used.

They could have been doing it this fast all along.

On a different note, the ATF has also trimmed the Form 3 approval time down to one or two days. For a while, Form 4 was quicker than a Form 3. I like the way the trend is going. I do think 166 day (current form 4 trust times) is way better than the 400+ day wait of the first NFA item I bought in WA state. |

I wonder if the 24 month exemption helps speed up trust submissions. I really want that new Rugged Surge X, but not going to file individual. Not sure I'm ready to drop that cash yet either, but I do wonder when trusts will be quick.
