Weird thing happening when posting today

This just started today, but when I type a new post and click 'Submit', instead of the page loading to show the thread updated with my post, it stays on the draft page and shows a download at the bottom of the browser window.



But if I navigate back to the thread in another window, my new posts are there, so they are going through, it's just that something weird is happening with the 'Submit' command.

This is with Windows 10 using Chrome.

Anyone else ever had this happen?
