That sounded like a good clue. So, I shortened the bookmark to just: Code: http://www.waguns.org/ Closed the browser. Restarted it. It still did exactly the same thing.

Linux Mint. 18 Firefox 47.0 My best guess is that the OS/Browser is sending mixed signals to the site, to dictate what style should be displayed? Teh site is programmed to accept mobile connections and automatically switches to the mobile theme. This info is gathered from both the OS and the Browser.

I'll research and see what I can find out. Thank you.

Hey! That gives me another clue. I remember a few years ago, there was some sort of utility that you could use in firefox to 'spoof' yourself to websites. You could pretend to be IE, or safari, or whatever. "User agent" or something like that. That's about as much as I know about it. But I wonder if whatever it is in your browser that identifies you to a website, is involved???

Do you have a $200 NFA stamp for your browser? Also, full auto browsers may not be legal to own by civilians in WA.

Gezundheit! Nope. But the solution occurred there. I figured out a workaround. Simply added "/?mobile=off" to the end of the link in my bookmark.
