Why would it? We have members that live in different states that don't use DST. There are numerous proposals nationwide to eliminate DST completely.

Blaming the server is no different for blamig you for living in an area that recognizes DST.

easy, When the server updates it automatically, it updates the time to the persons location. just like cell phones have been doing for over 10 years +.
