       Tried searching for music video because I seemed to remember a music video thread. Nothing I could do could get it to actually search for the word "video" because it was too common a word and thus ignored. I've had entire searches ignored because it consisted of words that were "too common." Yup... Common words are often skipped in the phpBB search function. It's a known issue.
The trick is to wildcard it. Use the power of the *. Search for video, get kicked back for too common of a word, search for *video or video* and hello nancy! |

And trying every other trick in the book, including Boolean operators. I'm on several sites that limit searches to 4 character or larger words and filter "common words" to keep the search database size reasonable.
