Not fat, I am just Mansized is all!! How can any of you "men" wear anything smaller-WTF?!
Have a few cross country flights next month, up and down the west coast from Seattle to San Diego. This would be an amazing opportunity to establish a fashion statement, discuss the priorities of our state government, and influence more people as I spread more gun love!

I'm still at a plateau of 20lbs, so I,m still XL. Trying to get down to just large/200lbs. I almost want to be in so I can feel like I've lost a lot. Good for you Dan, any suggestions to break the 20lb barrier?

Good for you Dan, any suggestions to break the 20lb barrier? Paleo... Minimize the carbs, keep your metabolism up and eat lots of protein. Cardio, cardio, cardio. Nothing super stressful. 20-30 min at 120-130bpm. No soda! It took me a while at the 20lb mark, like 2 weeks. Once I crested over that it was a nice freefall again. Sitting at 242 right now, hoping to see the 230's before the end of the week.

In please. Currently a XXL. However, if the intent is for the swag to stay in WA, I may not be the best pick.
