Personally I like ISC. It's pretty convenient and the range staff is a good balance between strict enough to be safe and reasonable enough to promote enjoyment. I have only used the rifle side so no experience with pistol range. The rifle range has a few benches that allow access to both 50 yard and 100 yard target holders. Snoqualmie Valley is also very reasonable and you can shoot out to 200 yards.
