Hi, Everyone

New to this site, found it looking for places to go shooting other then gun clubs. Looks like there is a vast amount of info here. Looking forward to checking things out.
Have had a membership to the Custer Gun Club and been shooting there several times. My wife and I were looking for places to go out in the forest or old gravel pits in the area where we shoot at targets. We have googled trying to find a place but no real luck. Hopefully we can find something here.

I have a 10/22 and 1911 .45.

If anyone knows a nice spot please let us know.

Thanks
Bill thumbsup

There is a pit referred to as "North Fork" off Mount Baker Hwy and the Mosquito Lake road south east of you. I'm sure some of the other people can give you coordinates or better directions.
Also same area on the VanZant mountain closer to Acme there are a few hill side clear cuts we have used for target practice.

And welcome

Thanks for the welcome.

Wilmermj, I was looking at google maps and think I found the pit North Fork. Also VanZant Mt. Looks like there would be some great places up that way to. Thank you

Welcome to WAguns. I'm over in Birch Bay. Haven't checked out the custer range yet. The mosquito lake road pit is popular with pretty much everyone around here though.
