Hi all,
I'm new to the forum, and relatively new (1.5 years) to WA. Grew up shooting with a Mom who was a cop, continued through a Navy career. I'm retired now, but looking for quality ranges in the area as well as tactical instruction. I'm looking forward to hearing what recommendations people have to offer. Cheers, Scott |

Welcome!
A good place to start is West Coast Armory. They have a range, guns to rent & try, and also offer instruction through their Insights Training Academy: http://www.westcoastarmory.com/ http://www.insightstraining.com/ Its just across the bridge from Seattle. If you are further out, there are other options. |

Thanks, everyone. Yep, my mom was among the first actual, gun-toting female cops in OK City in the early 70s, and a wicked shot with her mean little Colt Agent. I'll take everyone's advice with West Coast. I haven't shot since I moved here from Texas, and I feel the need to get the trigger finger moving again.
