My girlfriend has a Yugo SKS she bought at a gun show a few years back. She remembers being a given a little slip of paper that she had to put her driver's license number on, and got a little white slip back that she (we) lost.
If she wanted to sell it, what would she have to do?
Could she just set something up and go for it?

A private sale does not require any kind of form.

Doesn't require anything you don't want to ask for.

If the buyer wants something that you don't have, they'll just have to keep looking.

After you lose that little slip of paper you have to turn it over to me for disposal. The good news is I'm offering this service free of charge! :ROFLMAO:

Usually that little slip of paper is just for inventory control at the show, so that when you exit they know you've paid for something and not just grabbed it from a table. Welcome aboard!
