It's not an FFL but I have actually had the McChord Arts and Crafts center laser engrave multiple firearms and gun frames for me. They do a decent job, cheap, and fast. Here's one we did about a year ago.

Hey guys, I have a SF community member who is PCSing. A PCS gift is going to be given to him and it's a weapon so the engraver needs to be an FFL. The thing is it was just decided this morning and we desperately need a reputable company. Anyone in WA who can do this job in a quick turn around? We have about 2 weeks to get it done.
