Reblueing

Tue Apr 02, 2024 4:24 pm

I have a old Winchester 16 gauge model 12 that I just picked up from a friend that was his grandfathers first shotgun that I'd like to get reblued.
Anyone doing bluing anymore that hasn't died or got out of business?

I would suggest Midnight Blue Cerakote. I restore plenty of older guns and use that to replicate blueing. I also have other colors that work well to get the blue or black look you want. They all have the ability to have a sheen to them that looks really close to blueing. Protects the metal much better than blueing too!

Let me know if your interested.
