Just bought a second hand Savage Fox Model B-SE and the right barrel will not eject spent shells. It ejects snap caps just fine but the spent shells stick in the chamber. I live on Camano Island so I'm hoping to find someone on the north side. Thanks in advance for any help or recommendations.

With out me doing research on your specific shotgun.
I’m going to guess that the chambers were originally cut for paper shotgun hulls.
So the chambers are too tight for plastic hulls. Not necessarily the diameter but the length.
If your gun is in good working order. You can rent a forcing cone chamber reamer and a chamber gage.
Lengthening the forcing cone will make space for the plastic hulls to open and also reduce felt recoil because
it is a more gradual taper from the chamber to the bore.
I’ve done it myself on two 20ga double barrel shotguns. Two single shot 20ga and one Winchester 1897 pump 12ga.
It’s a fairly simple process.
I rent my tools from these guys.

Fox model Bs take plastic hulled Shells. They aren't that old of a shotgun model as far as going back to paper hulled days. Some are 2&3/4 inch chamber others might be 3 inch
.I'd start with checking that first.
