Looking for a fishing hike

I have a nice light trout pole and its getting to be beautiful weather. I'd love to find a creek or river that I can hike and do some trout fishing, maybe 1 day, maybe 2 or 3 days would be okay.
I'm sure there's somewhere I can do around here, but I dont know the area well, and I'm not a great fisherman so I don't expect to catch much, but I'll enjoy the weather and views. Any pointers on rivers or creeks to hike?
