Its actually pretty simple. Eat less calories than you burn. I'm interviewing for a job up by where Kyle lives on wednesday, if I get it I'll be back over that way. We'll have to do some blastin'.

We were fishing the spawn beds. The small fish we wound up tossing. He was a good fight, but his meat was pretty white. The large one was a female, and the meat looked really good. When you fish 'em this late in the season you're just looking for good smoker fish. They're no good for the BBQ. They do put up a damn good fight though.

Edit: They look worse in the picture than they actually were. Lots of green and red. We saw some bright red ones jumping. There's no silver left this late in the season. If they're black they're too far gone and we just set 'em free. Gotta love late season river fishin'.
