Outstanding! Good for you  Kimchee is really easy, and you'll love it. Once you make it, youll be like, really, thats all there is to it? And you can tweak it to how you like it, slick, not spicy, add daikon or carrots.... Plus, fermented foods are really good for your overall health. Congrats, hope you enjoy it! You'll have to revive the thread in Feb & let us know how it goes. I took classes at Firefly Kitchens In Seattle. |
