Places like Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa Johns and other "Maintstream" chains need not apply...

Old School in Olympia. Bonus points when you see a homeless crazy flipping out in the back alley.

If you're ever in Colorado or whereever else they have it, Beu Jos mountain pizza is fabulous.

Around here, I had a really good pizza at MOD recently.

I agree and like it because it get it exactly how I want it. Which would be super expensive in any normal pizza joint.

It's nice because my wife can get her fancy-schmancy pizza with artichokes and pesto or whatever, and I can get meat, meat and more meat. Their salads are good too. But I love the iced tea best!!

Astoria Pizza in Lynnwood.
I'd like MOD better if they used thicker crust.

Astoria House Special, $16 for a medium

Brooklyn Bros. Pizza in North Everett has pretty darn good pizza.

So I have a question too. I really like the wood fired pizzas with some charring of the crust. Who makes them like that around here? Hard to find!
