Brine pork in thyme, tri tip rubbed with Johnny's seasoning, Asparagus in lime juice and butter, grilled corn and Costco wieners



T-bone grilled, sword fish tossed with Brussels sprout and garlic, corn


Costco pre-marinated pork ribs


Rottiseri whole chicken brine in sea salt, olive oil and dill weed for 48 hours.


ahi tuna brined in soy sauce and sugar

I haven't seen shark or swordfish at the supermarket in quite awhile.
Figured it was due to heavy metal contamination.
Used to have both at the Factoria Safeway years ago.

Well I just put a roast in the crock pot and beef jerky in the smoker, does that count? I'll post pics of the jerky once I take it out.

Come to the NEGS this Saturday and I'll show you my meat. Seriously.

I do make those but I took all those peppers and tossed in the blender with several cups of Franks and half a bottle of the other hot sauce and a tsp of the ghost pepper salt and mixed it with a mixture of ground beef and pork and some Brats seasoning and made some Killer hot links. I ate one at a BBQ and my friends wife saw me eating them and she tried one, you should have seen the look on her face as she was taking the first and only bite....lol
