I'm looking for some for a few different recipes.
Anyone know of a spot that has it? Auburn to Everett?
I thought Costco would have it but the Covington one hasn't had it. Wife talked to the butcher there and they don't carry it. I'm going to have to call/check a Costco Business.
Thanks in advance for any help.

As to the original question, I do not know specifically where to get it. Google search for small butchers in your area.

A quick primer on flap meat. I want to make steak tips of it. It's the East Coaster in me. Mr Q, I was going to check out C&C too. Hopefully they all stock it as I know the ones back east do.

I'd say the Bunny Ranch, but it's a bit of a drive, and probably not what you are wanting to cook up.
Any local butcher would be able to hook you up. If not Cash and Carry, Costco, or Sams Club might have the cut you are looking for. If not, perhaps something equally as good.

Did you try B&E Meats? I know they have locations in Burien and Des Moines. Not sure where else.

I was actually just talking to by best friend back in Boston last week about these awesome steak tip subs we used to get from a food cart outside the City Hall Pub across from Faneuil Hall in Boston after drinking all night. Man, those were so damn good.

Son that ain't gonna work out right.
Sirloin Tip or Beef Loin Tip - I never ever heard it called flap meat. Probably for obvious reasons. Duvall Family grocer actually has goods meats.
