Picked up a full loin with belly meat attached this afternoon. Had to special order and it took two weeks. I want some English Bacon so here's what it looks like before even trimming the hide and fat.  Started at 32# and when I finished removing hide and excess fat it now only weighs 20#. My kids are already drooling and waiting for their share. With 20# of bacon there should be enough.

Barely enough to get one Canadian through the week.
