Ok, I don't know the exact name of this recipe, but it is easy to make and taste good.

Ingredients:

3lb bag of frozen chicken breast
Large can of pineapple chunks
Large can of smaller pineapple pieces
1 bottle Yoshida's Hawaiian sweet and sour
Half a bottle of regular Sweet Baby Days BBQ sauce (adjust amount to taste)

Put chicken in crock pot, cover with Yoshida's and BBQ sauce.
Cook on low. Everyone's crock pot is different. Ours takes 4 hours.
While it's a crockin' drain both cans of pineapple. Save some juice.
After the chicken shreds easily turn crock pot to warm. Shred all of the chicken.
Add pineapple. If the sauce is very thick add some pineapple juice that you saved.
Mix, then keep on warm for about half an hour.

Serve over white rice (recipe to follow.)

A tip is to make sure you don't over cook the chicken or it gets dry. Probably a good idea to babysit it the first time you make it. Also, I found that Tyson chicken seems to be better than the Costco or generic brand of chicken breast.
