Roast habaneros then grind them up into a powder or small flakes. Add less than a pinch to the mild to make them red hot and on fire.

Any northender out there that likes hot sauce,
Needs to pay a visit to Double D meats in Mountlake Terrace.
Over 3000 hot sauces and 1000 BBQ sauces on the shelf.(plus dry rubs etc.)
And some of the best meats around.

I like it. I put it in a bunch of stuff. Hashbrowns. SHIn Ramen. Salsa. Wings. This is my second bottle. ~15K SVU. Has a bit of a strong citrus flavor and tasty.

Not ONE mention of Tabasco? lol

I have to vote for tapatio. The flavor is pretty decent.

There are different hot sauces for different things.. It gets to the point where the heat will overpower any flavor that's present. I prefer a mild heat with a good flavor. Tapatio and Sriracha are good for that....although it also depends on what you consider a hot sauce vs chili sauce or other type of spicy seasoning.

I've had the 'OMGZ FUCK THAT SHIT WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING I'M NEVER DOING THAT SHIT AGAIN' and while it's an experience for sure, you don't taste anything, there's no flavor.

IMO, seasonings are to compliment the dish, or if you have a GF that's a shitty cook, to hide the flavor while going for seconds and telling her how amazing it is..... :-p

Ramen with a shot of tapatio is pretty good....

Where do you get the REAL stuff? H-Mart didn't have it.

And this matches my experience:

I hope that isn't true!

I've gone through half a bottle in three days. What I have is red red RED! And delicious! (This was given to me. I'm going to have to find out real quick, where it came from.)
