Did some reverse sear chops on the rectec. 45min in smoke then a few min searing. Cooked a hair long, but still tender and juicy.
Left over for lunch cut like butter with plastic knife.

Thai red coconut curry with shrimp, chicken, eggplant, green pepper, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and just a touch of agave nectar to sweeten it up a little. Love eggplant!

I use oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, rice wine vinegar, water, and corn starch. |
