Sale is over on the tuna and shrimp, so gonna have to find something else to eat after this.

Exactly one pound of Patagonia shrimp.
15 of them, I had the guy pick me out the bigger ones (supposed to run 16-20 per pound).
Olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
EZ and delicious.

And a small tuna steak.
Looked perfect so had to buy it.

You guys set the bar high. Mercy.
During the hot days we try to minimize all heat sources inside the house, so meals are either cooked outside on the grill or cold meals are chosen.
Not cooked, but prepared. The Missus just brought me a chilly plate of peaches picked ayer. Nummers.

I'd hate to be the short order cook that makes a bad meal for PMB :ROFLMAO: Always a gun close at hand at mealtime lol

Walnut? America's favorite wood for gunstocks. Wonder what Dreadi is up to??

Chicken wings for lunch and brisket for dinner.
Wings are marinated in Red Hot, rubbed with basic spicy rub, smoked for 2-2.5 hours and put under broiler for a few. So damn good.
Brisket flat will be ready in a couple hours.
