Forget the fries, MORE BEEF! Why stop at Double-Double, make it a 4x4!
:D
Pound burger? Two words: "Double Cheesequake." My frat brothers and I always wanted to tackle the Barge Burger at Tugboat Annie's heading out for our Spring Break roadtrips but could never find the joint...

Since this has turned into a best greasy burger kinda thread,
The best fast food style burger with a drive through, hands down is at Burger Claim in grand mound, next to the Great Wolf Lodge.
A little more south, but well worth it.
Pilchuck in snohomish in my opinion is the best.... Also for anyone going up highway 2, sultan has Vic's, pretty solid for anouther greasy roadside burger stand.
As for In-N-Out, it's good for what it is, Why ask? If it is close just go

8 hours wait for a Burger?? Anybody willing to do that is an idiot. Did they bring in Sani-Cans for the drive through line?
That having been said, I always thought “In-N-Out Burger” was an odd name if you thought about it…
Before the "secret menu" items, In-n-Out was in reference to the fact that they only offered a small handful of simple items that were quick to order, and quick to prepare and serve.
The long lines are for the novelty. Chick-fil-A practically has traffic control for their drive ups along with the worst parking lot configuration in the free world, and nobody seems to militia rage about them as often as they do In-n-Out Burger.
They die down after a while. Like the Vegas strip one, lines around the building and out the parking lot by 10:45 yet a few minutes down the road to the one by UNLV and it’s practically vacant.

Easy answer. Because of Chick-fil-A's religious affiliation a certain segment of the population stays away. That riff raff chooses other fast food places like In-n-Out, Popeyes, etc.
