This wonder tool showed up in my YouTube suggestions just now. Never knew of such a thing. The one time I had Sous Vide cooked food it was disgusting, this video didn't make it look any better. But at least you can have fun burning the outside....

Warm Meat with sponge texture.
That torch does look like fun though, i could use that to burn weeds in the driveway cracks.
