17 lbs of Ribeye goodness today, 6.97 lb with digital coupon.
I had the SW butcher cut me that one without the ribs being partially cut from the meat and tied as a roast. I'm cutting it into steaks and it's only 5 bones, so they are going to be thick Steaks.
