Didn't that used to be Great American Guns? They didn't have particularly great selection or service, so you'll be a welcome addition. Nice.

Nice!
Can you come down here and take over the likely doomed Cascade Arms location too?

This is awesome to hear. I can't wait for another good gun store up north. There is really only one gun store other than cabelas that I go to. They happen to be a little pricey though.

Very cool. When I go to your Seattle store, I typically park right near there anyhow . . . so this is nice, the walk will be a lot shorter.

Just a reminder for those who go visit Sergey in his new location, Lynnwood is home to some nasty "Red Light Camera's". In order to get from the freeway to his location you will have to pass one, regardless if you come into town from the North or South. Good news though, the State/Local Sales Tax Rate is a whole .1% less in Lynnwood than in Seattle

There is a good location down in Lacey that should be bought out and converted. They even already have the bars on the windows and empty shelves and racks ready for your inventory......

So are you waiting for the FFL to open or are you selling other gear until you get it?

I am selling other gear in my Seattle store while I wait for the FFL. There is no point opening having 2 locations without guns - it is simply not economical. In fact, Seattle location without guns is not economical, either - but it pays significant part of the salary for my employees.
