I've got to say, I took all of December off (vacation days really accumulate when you work at Microsoft for a long, long time), and it was the busiest vacation in my life. 25000 lines of code written in a month (which is about a year's worth of work for an average dev; as a dev manager, I wrote less in the last 5 years at my real work)...
